Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Hong Kong.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing takes 1–3 business days from the order date. Shipments go out the next business day after processing. We do not ship on weekends.
How long will delivery take?
Due to high demand, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks after shipment. (Transit times can vary by destination and customs.)
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your package hasn’t arrived 30 days after it ships, you’re eligible for a full refund. Please contact us.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Prices on our site are listed tax-free in USD. Depending on your country, you may be charged import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are set by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We are not responsible for customs delays. For details, please check with your local customs office.
Orders & Payments
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. To request a change or cancellation, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests after 12 hours will be denied—however, you may return the order for a full refund once it arrives.

How do I return an item?

What if my item is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Please contact us right away with your order number and clear photos of the issue(s). We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For credit/debit cards, we submit the refund to your card-issuing bank within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation approval. Posting times vary by bank—if you don’t see the credit after that, please contact your bank or card issuer.
